Hi Jon,

I have the same food intolerances that you do. I feel best eating at least 100 g of animal protein a day (I'm slim and under 5'1 tall). I've been gluten free for several years, and slowly have discovered that I do best eating no grains at all, including rice.

I love intermittent fasting. I've been doing that in one form or another for many years.

Thanks for creating this blog. It's reassuring to know that there are other people out there with these intolerances who, like me, have found a way to enjoy food even though the choices can be limited.

Just wanted to add eating beef liver can be very helpful. Try it, I think you will notice the energy it gives you. It's high in many nutrients people recovering from Celiac need, and was the original 'body building supplement'.
